Experience:2 years as a supervisor or administrator in the IT Sector
Responsibilities
The Task Carried out include
- Supervise IT Related work done by the Technical Department
- Receive daily employees report & Oversee the day to day performance of employees
- Training new hires
- Managing Team Schedules
- Creating a good relationship with customers & Provide technical support to Customers
- Maintain records & Ensure payment for services provided
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback
- Helping to Resolve employee issues and disputes
- Perform technical and Maintenance work related IT
Skills
- Good Communication Skill ,Conflict Resolution , Leadership, time and Priority Management & Problem solving
