Duties:
- Maintain inter-institutional relations with Ethiopian and African Union bodies regarding the management, clarification of the administrative process and the operation of CTSST projects on the Brazilian side, when dealing with new demands for technical cooperation;
- Monitor the local management of the activities planned in the bilateral/trilateral sub-regional and regional cooperation projects promoted by the Government of Brazil in Ethiopia and with the African Union;
- Comply with the mandatory accounting obligations, within the established deadlines, related to cooperation projects promoted by the Government of Brazil in Ethiopia, including the collection, organization, preparation and analysis of all documents necessary for this purpose;
- As designated by the Head of the Brazilian Embassy, operate bank accounts in Ethiopia intended for the execution of cooperation projects promoted by the Government of Brazil;
- Manage the daily routine of cooperation projects promoted by the Government of Brazil in the country, such as organizing meetings, preparing visits, organizing on-site technical missions, accompanying delegations and articulating local technicians with the headquarters of ABC in Brasília;
- Monitor, record and report to the Brazilian Embassy and ABC, from the main Ethiopian media and the African Union, technical cooperation initiatives in Ethiopia with other countries or on national matters related to the themes of the CTSST;
- Subsidize the Brazilian Embassy and monitor the receipt/sending of communications on matters related to the CTSST; and
- Prepare reports every three months on the activities carried out, to be submitted for analysis of ABC, among others tasks that may be requested of the ACT.

Qualification:
Education:
- University academic training in Economic Sciences, Administration and/or related areas.
- Master’s degree in development economics.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience, proven in international technical cooperation projects.
Skills:
- Proven knowledge in Financial Planning and Fiscal Management/Accounting;
- Basic knowledge of Portuguese, oral and written;
- Familiarity with text editing programs, preparation of spreadsheets and sending/receiving e-mails and internet tools;
- Oral and written fluency in English and Amharic.
