General Overview of the Position:

The role of this position holder is responsible for analyzing systems requirements and examine existing technology systems and business models relevant for the company.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Devise ways to add new functionality to existing systems developed and / or managed by the company
  • Research emerging technology trends and propose to the line manager if adopting them increases the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Document system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions
  • Defines application problem by brainstorming with clients; evaluating procedures and processes
  • Develops solution concept notes by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
  • Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers
  • Prepares and executes test cases for platforms developed by the company
  • Ensures successful delivery of projects by training client personnel; providing support
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Develop and manage knowledge base (KB) of products and projects managed by the company
