Job Description:

1. Sr. Loan Workout Officer

Job Purpose: To reduce the Bank’s problem loans and ensure amicable settlement of loans by developing workout strategy for resolution of problem loans, conducting negotiation with customers on the strategies, implementing endorsed work out resolution strategies, proposing write-off of hopeless loans and advances,

Qualification Required & Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting and Economics or related fields with four (4) yeas of relevant work experience.

2. Application Analyst & Developer

Job Purpose: The application analyst/developer is responsible for the development, Implementation, deployment and maintenance of the bank’s data warehouse environments, data marts, and business intelligence systems and services, He or she will work to ensure that business needs, technical solutions, best practices and adoption of business intelligence solutions are in alignment.

Qualification Required & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, information System, Information Science or related field, with three (3) years of experience.

3. Associate Customer Service Supervisor

Job Purpose: To support the Branch’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers ore served with a due care and maximum efficiency.

Qualification Required & Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field with three years of relevant banking work experience.
