Education:ከታወቀ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም መካኒክስ 10+1 ወይም ደረጃ II ሰርተፌኬት በመንገደኞች ማመላለሻ አሽከርካሪነት ህ-2 የአሽከርካሪነጽ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ያለው ወይም 4ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ወይም 123/10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ፣በመንገደኞች ማመላለሻ አሽከርካሪነት ህ-2 የአሽከርካሪነት ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ያለው ወይም 4ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው/ላት
