1. Position: Server and Storage Administrator II

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields with a minimum of four (4) years in System/Server Administration or related areas. This job may require shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.

JOB Summary: The jobholder is responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation and performance tuning and recovery procedures Servers and Storages of the Bank. Serves as a technical expert in the area of storage and server administration for complex operating systems. Monitoring and administration of POWER System, storage, and physical and virtual server(LPARs) used by the bank. Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and storage. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the Bank. Provides technical consulting internally to teammates and externally to a variety of IT teams. Follow internal procedures for change management, incident management, and escalation. Training or certification on operating system like Unix, AIX, Linux, SAN management and backup technologies is an added advantage.

2. Position: IT Service Management Officer II

Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 4(four) years in System Administration or related field;
Job Summary: Responsible in providing IT related operational and business support of all critical systems related to Core Banking and complementary systems. S/he supports integration of all service management practices in the delivery of IT services to departments and branches. S/he also assists in monitoring core and interface system problems and resolves issues as they arise and finds way of reducing common problems. Certifications in basic ITIL foundation is advantageous.

3. Position: Server and Storage Administrator I

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields with a minimum of three (3) years in System/Server Administration or related areas. This job may require shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.

Job Summary:  The jobholder is responsible in supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storages as well as various backup technology solutions. Work independently and with third party vendors to design, install, support, and upgrade various server applications to support business needs. Monitor the environment for performance and stability issues to meet Service Level Objectives. Maintain current system patching levels. Provides oversight end tracking of support tickets, ensuring that issues and requests are resolved Ii a timely manner. Pro-actively manage the server/storage environment and correct potential or present issues as identified. Consult with infrastructure operations, development personnel, and support teams to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Follow internal procedures for change management, incident management, and escalation. Work with peers across multiple business units. Participate in a 24/7 on- call rotation. Other responsibilities will be assigned as required. Training or certifications on backup technologies and server operating systems is advantageous.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
