Senior Site Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate complete employee reviews; Keep accurate records of employee attendance ,coordinate employee site Schedules
• Proficiency with operating computer systems; excellent written and spoken communication skills; ability to read and understand designs
• Supervise and ensure that all onsite and offsite construction projects are completed on time; ensure clients specification and requirement are met
• Follow up and review client’s work progress on a daily basis
• Evaluate materials issued are used properly for the products
• Ensure quality production standards are met
• Create New ideas

Job Requirement

Education:BA in Business and wood technology management or related field

Experience:5 years or above experience in wood work and/or  knowledge of wood construction process
