Job Summary:
The senior Secretary acts as an active assistant to the Director in Managing the Office ,arranging meetings and providing administrative support .He/she handles incoming and outgoing correspondences ,provides secretarial services including typing & compiling letters and supports in maintain ,retrieving and filing personal files and other administrative activities activities. He/she also types and complies report ,letters and memos.
Qualification Requirement
Education:BA/Diploma (Level 3) in secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields
Experience:For BA 2 years and for Diploma (Level 3)4 years of relevant experience
Technical and other skills
- Proficient in Computer (Ms. Word ,Excel, Power Point) and internet Browsing skills
- Good written and spoken English languages ;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to communicate information accurately
