Job Description:
1. Job Title: Senior Officer — POS Support
Job Summary: The purpose of this job Is ensure the Bank serves Its Customers efficiently and without interruption by property supporting Cord Banking; to follow policies and standards to review, document and solves user requests; to ensure the satisfaction of Customer’s POS experience; to ensure that Customer POS related requests ore addressed in a timely manner to prepare timely reports on frequently asked questions, time standards for resolution of requests and interactions with other divisions to solve user queries; to monitor and administer the POS services of the Bank as wed as all Infrastructure used for POS banking and etc.
Educational Qualification Required: BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT. Computer/Software Engineering and other related fields.
Minimum Work Experience: Four (4) yeas of relevant experience out of which 2 years as ATM Officer or in equivalent Positions,

The purpose of this job Is to collect and compile documents related to facility management services and assist colleagues In the optimal allocation and use of resources to support and facilitate the operations of other units.
Educational Qualification Required: BA in Management, Supplies or Purchasing Management or in related fields.
Minimum Work Experience: 1 year relevant experience

Job summary: The purpose of this job is to ease the collection and delivery of various court and other documents, the seizure and taking over of collaterals and the search for attachable properties in the Legal Department; to assist the attorneys in collection of notices, judgments and other documents from courts and other tribunals to deliver injunctions orders to the right organs: to facilitates correspondences between the department and other government organs such as traffic police registrars, DARA, etc
Educational Qualification Required: Diploma in Law and/or certificate in police training or related fields..
Minimum Work Experience: 2 years relevant experience
