Essential Function:
- Assists and takes over duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator in case of absence and delegation
- Assists Customer Service Specialists in handling and counting bulk cash deposits/withdrawals
- Initiates cash transfer from/to Cash
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts
- Checks and balance physical cash with the Cash Administrator
- Authorizes transactions and signs documents when only referred by the CSS and
- Checks KYC and AML
- Scrutinizes and authenticates presented documents
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
Job Requirements: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other related fields with 2.5 years of experience or Diploma(Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least. 1 year on CSS position.

- Keep personnel files in their proper order set by the department
- Find and retrieve information, memos, letters and correspondences from/to files in response to requests from authorized users.
- Deliver and return files, letter, memos and correspondences to/from personnel staffs and authorized users
- Create file folders in the cabinet box
- Ensure files are available in their proper place and order
- Ensure neatness of the personnel file room Keep personnel room key in safe custody
- Keep house rent agreements and other agreements as deemed necessary
- Handle, receive and Keep specimen signatures of authorized signatory of the bank and other corresponding banks properly
- Deliver messages, data’s, letters, memos, tickets and other correspondences from/to offices
- Handle simple correspondences as required by the supervisor
Job Requirements: Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Accounting, Banking and Insurance, any other related fields with 2 years of service in relevant field
