Education & Experience፡በማኔጅመንት፣ህዝብ አስተዳደር /በቢዝነስ አድሚን,ኒስትሬሽን /በሰው ኃብት ሥራ አመራር/በቢዝነስ ሊደርሽፕ ሁለተኛ/የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ 3/5 ዓመት በካይዘን እና አሰራር ማሻሻያ ኦፊሰርነት ፣በለውጥ ሥራ  አመራር ባለሙያነት ፣በለውጥ ፕሮግራሞች ባለሙያነት በልማት ድርጅቶች ወይም ፋብሪካ የሰራ አመራር ፍልስፍና ስልጠና የወሰደ መሆኑን የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ የሚችል
