Job Requirement

1. Job position: Senior Administrative Assistant to the Governor Office (Re-Advertised)

Required Minimum Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Diploma and above   in Office Administration and  Secretarial Science or related secretary field
  • 7/3 years of relevant experience for diploma or 1st degree holder respectively and for diploma holder COC Level IV obligatory.

Brief job description

  • Read incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence   (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including  faxes and email.
  • Welcoming guests and  arrange appointments
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the  Office
  • Facilitate office facilities (stationery and   other supplies) of the office.
  • Organize/arrange senior management  meetings, take minutes and prepare reports of the meetings.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone. E-mail.  And mail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Interpersonal and Communication
  • High level of personal integrity & confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of basic  computer application and proficiency in MS Office and Word
  • Record keeping and file management
  • Good customer handling
  • Ability to work under pressure

Required Minimum Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Diploma and Above in Management, Accounting,  Accounting  and Auditing, Accounting  and  Finance,  Banking & Finance,  Business Administration or Business Management
  • 8/4/2 years of experience for diploma,1″ degree and 2nd degree  holder, respectively

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
  • Strong in communicating  effectively
  • Analytical or Critical thinking
  • Report writing skills
  • Good Knowledge of basic computer applications.
  • Knowledge in enterprise risk management (i.e., risk analysis and  control assessment
  • Good knowledge of IFRS preferable
  • Attention  to details
