Job Description

• Apply full accounting cycle
• Accumulations of import Cost for price determination
• Preparation of Payment Voucher and Check
• Prepare sales Voucher both in Cash register machine with attachment and manual
• Coding each sales accounts on monthly basis
• Reconcile the stock balance with store record Monthly and quarterly
• Control and follow upon credit sales
• Fixed asset registration and handling
• Arrange document on monthly or quarterly base for VAT ,Pensions, and income tax
• Prepare and update Fixed Assets register
• Follow up the location of fixed asset

Knowledge Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• 5+Years of accounting experience
• Working Knowledge of tax laws and GAAP and IFRS
• Strong Financial analysis skills
• Strong Financial analysis skills
• Strong Organizational and stress management skills
• Proficiency in Peachtree(Sage),Microsoft Office, Particularly with excel and other accounting software
• Ability to train and manage staff
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Experience in Import and Export transaction is preferable
