Job Requirement

1.Job Position:Sales Supervisory

Job Summary

The sales supervisor is responsible for planning, Organizing and leading all activities related with sales. The follow-up and support the sales team regularly .Communicate with key clients  and address their concerns on time

Few Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all routes under his supervision have up to date route plans ,the correct quantity and mix of scale’s product to service their outlets on a daily basis  as per the Company must stock list.
• Responsible to ensure that outlets under his supervision meet the company’s sales standards
• Responsible to deliver monthly sales volume and unmeet targets for his supervisory area
• Responsible to ensure the correct Visibility and display of products in all outlets is as per the company agreed standards
• Identify major Cause of customers complaint and suggest appropriate corrective measures

Qualification Requirement

 Education: BA in business (Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Economics, Management, and Others) and other related fields.

Experience: 4+years’ experience in sales & Marketing in Which 2 years Supervisor level

Salary: Negotiable

Scope and General Purpose:The sales and Marketing   is responsible for planning ,organizing and leading the activities of sales and marketing. The manager will propose and implement strategies to increase the sales volume and the market share of hadero Coffee Company .He/she will closely follow the marketing trajectories and maintain good customer relation.

Few Key Responsibilities

• Develop appropriate marketing strategies, Policies and Procedure
• Conduct marketing research, Sales promotion, export and local sales and study and evaluate channels of distribution
• Carry out sales analysis of competitive trends and potentials, customer needs and preferences convert data to sales projection and data planning
• Recommended new products , new market target and areas, distribution systems; Direct Marketing ,testing and provide information for decision making purposes
• Explore foreign markets for products; negotiate for sales and delivery of products with in authorized limits
• Follow up continuously the major causes of customer complaints and suggests appropriate Corrective

Education Requirement

1. MBA/MA OR BA in business(Marketing sales, Management ,and others ) and other related fields
2. 4/6 years’ experience in Sales and marketing out of which 2 years in Senior Management positions
3. Proven experience in FMCG sector

3.Job Position:Microbiologist

Job Summary

Microbiologist is responsible for ensuring that microbiological quality and standards of products are upheld while also collaborate with others team members to offer microbiological support in terms of selecting   and evaluating preservative system in finished   products and raw materials.

Few key Responsibilities

• Perform testing in accordance with standard operating procedure and plan
• Monitor ,adjust create and validate test methods to ensure they are current and complaint with industry standards and regulations
• Investigating abnormally related to microbiology test result
• Communicate deviation, progress and intern results to the management team
• Keep lab equipment neat, clean and data from experiment performed and prepare reports

Qualification

Education:BSC Degree in Biology and other directly related fields

Experience:1 and above
