Qualification:

Education: 

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management/Salesmanship or related field from a recognized University.

Experience:    

• A minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in property management companies, real estates or hotels.

Skills:

• Ability to research and find marketing opportunities and develop marketing strategy
• Demonstrable management skills to organize and lead marketing and sales groups
• Good understanding of digital sales and digital marketing
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing and sales goals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
