Job Description:
Cooperative Bank of Oromia (S.C.) wishes to invite competent applicants for the following vacant post.
1. Research and Development Expert
BA/Masters degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field ( Economics, Accounting, Management and other related fields); and 5/3 years and above of relevant experiences.
Competency (Knowledge, skills, and other abilities)
- Understanding of macro-economy and banking industry
- Knowledge of research principles, practices, and methods.
- Analytical and reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Experience in research and managing surveys
2. Research and Development Officer
BA (or equivalent) in a relevant field ( Economics, Accounting, Management and other related fields);and 3 years and above of relevant experience.
Competency (Knowledge, skills, and other abilities)
- Understanding of macro-economy and banking industry
- Knowledge of research principles, practices, and methods.
- Good communication skills
- Experience in research and managing surveys

Salary: Attractive and as per Bank’s salary and benefits scale

Term of Employment: Permanent after probation period.
