Habesha is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for D/Tabor and Mizan Teferi which is a Grade 10 position per the Company’s job grading.
The Role Summary:
Working with the team, the post holder is responsible to lead, motivate and monitor a Regional Sales Team and Key Distributors and their crew. Manage the sales team/s to execute the sales plans in a manner which delivers sustainable growth, brand equity, sales volume, market share and competitive advantage in order to deliver business goals and strategies.
This role is positioned at managerial level and requires an experienced Sales Manager, who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere. University level degree in a related field (Marketing Management, Business Admin., Management…) and/or equivalent work experience, ideally 5 plus years in a similar role with good communication and expression ability.
