Job Requirement

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Checks ,Control and organizes the construction and administration units of the Project
• Supervises, Directs and guides the contractor in the day to day execution of the project activities
• Recognize standard use of quality assurance
• Insuring the quality of construction materials supplied in the site before further action
• Conducts timely evaluation of the progress of the construction work and advice the project manager of the contractor on proper actions required to achieve the target in accordance with the work schedule
• Prepares and submits weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports to the project Manager of the Client
• Ensures that all purchased and fabricated workshop materials that would be supplied to projects are to the required standard and meet specification
• Check interim payment certificates and ensuring that is reached to the Head Office
• Assists the Project to finalize Variation orders
• Prepare all material requirement plan and sending to head Office
• When required ,provides expert advice and assistance an technical problems to other departments
• Conducts post-Completion cost analysis for project
• Prepares and submits periodic performance reports to the project manager
• Performs any other duties related to its area of activities  as assigned by the project manager of the client delegate

Requirements & Qualifications

Education/Training

• BSC Degree/Advanced Diploma in civil Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experience
• 3/5 Years relevant work experience and exposure in similar works

Technical and Other skills

• Demonstrated technical ability ,Sound judgment and ability to work effectively with others at all levels:
• Well organized and ability to act in a professional and ethical manner
• Good skills in computer application like in MS Project or Primavera P6
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills
• Auto CAD and other available Engineering software’s
