Education:At least MSc or BSC Degree in Civil Engineering or construction Technology Management(COTM) Or Architecture

Experience:At least 10/12 year Service in Construction Industry out of which 8/10 Years in building Construction which 6/8 at a Project manager or Coordinator position with MSC/BSc respectively

Required No.1

Additional skill: Proficiency in: Microsoft  Office and general Computer software(CAD,SAP,MS Project /Primavera Schedule )

Basic Responsibilities

• Plan,Organize,Direct,Co-ordinate, Control and supervisor the overall Construction Project Office
• Manage the Design ,bid and Construction Process of the bank’s Construction projects
• Determine and Define scope of work and deliverables
• Predict resource needed to complete Project
• Obtain necessary permits,appprovals and other regulatory prerequisites
• Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Manage costs in order to meet budget
• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
• Manage Construction schedule and activities
• Issues progress updates as needed regarding costs and time line
• Ensure work is done in compliance with design technical specification and quality standards
• Ensure work is done in Compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Coordinates efforts across entire project between contractors architects ,Designers ,Engineers and subcontractor
