Job Requirement 

Education:MA/BA in Sociology and Social Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Management or related fields

Experience:Minimum of 12 years for BA or minimum of 10 Years for MA/MBA of relevant experience of working with NGOs preferably with child focused Organizations.

Job Summary

The responsibility of the program Director position is to provide Overall leadership and Coordination implementation of FSCE’S Operations with Quality ,Cost effectiveness and application of appropriate methodologies through Cascading annual performance plan in line with the vision ,mission, goals, program principles ,standards, approaches and strategic plan of FSCE, She/he establishes and maintains effective working relationships with donors, key government  partners and NGO’S Working in the same geographical areas.

Technical and Other Skills

• Proficiency in Proposal development ,strategic and Operational planning ,Monitoring and evaluation ,report writing
• Proficiency standard Office Software package
• Demonstrated leadership Office software ability to inspire and empower others
• Conceptual Understanding of participators approach and sustainable development
• Good interpersonal Communication skill and ability to effectively liaise with Donors ,Governments, Community Leaders and other stakeholders
• Firm belief in teamwork ,gender equality ,Sensitivity to HIV/AIDS ,Disability and other sensitive issues.
