1. Position: Principal, Market Intelligence and Product Development Officer
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline plus a minimum of Eight (8) years Marketing, Research experience (Preferably Banking).
Job Summary: The jobholder is responsible for Retail products planning and execution, prioritizing product and customer requirements, work closely with various departments to ensure products meet customer satisfaction goals. Assist with ensuring product supports the Bank’s overall strategy and goals. S/he continually collects and analyses relevant market and competitor information and identify threats and opportunities.
2. Position: Administrative Assistant I
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Administrative Services Management or related field plus minimum of one (1) year of experience in Secretarial Service.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa for both positions
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
