1. Position: Principal, IT Service Management Officer-Channel Services

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus a Minimum of Seven (7) years of management experience in IT service management or related field out of which 3 years in supervisory position.

Job Summary: The job holder is responsible in day-to-day operations of the IT Services related to Support and Monitoring of Core Services and e-banking products including but not limited to Core Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Wallet, Agency Banking, bill payments, etc. The principal Services Management Officer oversees a number of key functions within the IT units that enable the delivery of a high quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. Maintain high performing service support functions including and IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and VIP Support with Ownership of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required.
Skills and Certifications:

  • General understanding of operating systems and networking technologies,
  • Very good knowledge in ITIL process (Incident, Problem and Change Management) ITIL disciplines and preferably ITIL foundation certified.
  • Previous Service Experience in Banking applications, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, Management Experience, Strong Customer-Facing Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Self-Motivated. Troubleshooting and Creative Problem Solving.
2. Position: Senior, IT Service Management Officer-Channel Services

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus a Minimum of Six (6) years of management experience in IT service management.

Job Summary: The job holder is responsible In day-to-day tasks related to Monitoring and technical support of e-banking products and services including but not limited to Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, USSD/Mobile Wallet, Agency Banking, ATM/POS and related digital channel products within IT units. Follows up digital channel application cases and escalation for higher level supports and collaborate on providing information when the vendors need assistance: assists the overall activities of the channel service management units as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
Skills and certification:

  • General understanding of operating systems and networking technologies,
  • Very good knowledge in ITIL process (Incident, Problem and Change Management) ITIL disciplines and preferably ITIL foundation certified.
  • Previous Service Experience in Banking applications, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge. Strong Customer-Facing /customer service Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting and Creative Problem-Solving.
3. Position: Senior System Administrator

Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum six (6) years in System administration or related field out of which 1 year in supervisory position;

Job Summary: Responsible for the technical functions within each system, including system upgrades, custom implementations, and the general upkeep of each system. In addition, collaboration with business lines to develop and maintain tools, processes, and reliable data that help the Bank make more effective business decisions. Participates the system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Involves in development of systems guidelines, procedures and standards to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security of systems as well as evaluates system capacity and plans for expansion.
Skills and certifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux/UNIX, VMware, Active Directory and Cyber Security, etc
  • Certifications on Microsoft Windows Servers or Linux/UNIX Certifications or Cisco or VMware is required. Certifications on IT Security is also advantageous.
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
