1. Principal Credit Analyst
Job Purpose: To enhance the quality of the Banks loan portfolio end the effectiveness of credit decision making by collecting accurate and complete information and preparing quality credit appraisal report and credit risk grading.
Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with six (6) years’ of relevant work experience. Part qualification is desirable Understanding of the Banking Industry and factors affecting loan performance.

2. Sr. HR Officer- Talent Management
Job Purpose: To ensure that all employees of the Bank are equipped with the required knowledge id skills to effectively carry out their roles through by designing and implementing appropriate training and development programs: undertaking impact assessments of training and development programs, Advising employees regarding career progression opportunity and facilitate execution of the scheme: and implement result-oriented performance management system.
Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with Four (4) years’ of relevant experience on Training Need Assessment, Performance Management. Succession Management, Career Management and related experience, is advantageous. Research, Project Management and Consultancy capability is also desired.
