Job Requirement
Key Roles and Responsibility
- Assist on master schedule preparation (resource ,cash flow etc)
- Assist prepare target cost]
- Prepare and complaining daily productivity
- Assist prepares project resource monitoring and evaluation plan
- Involve on project plan preparation
- Continuously critically analyzing collected data
- Continuously updating projects and facilitators status as per the plan]
- Assist projects on report reparation
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects work in terms of time, quality and cost
- Converge information for Decision makers
- Initiate & or develop KPI
- Prepare Project periodic report to HO Planning & monitoring dep’t
- Identify major gaps of the projects performance and further investigate the reasons
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Job Requirements
- BSC Degree in Civil Engineering or COTM
- Minimum Required 5+ years of professional experience gained within a planning position in Various Building Projects
- Knowledge in Project management
