1.OSS Engineer
Roles & responsibilities
- Operate and Maintain OSS
- Backup procedures, execute OSS upgrades with support from Vendor 3rd Level support and propose acceptance to OSS upgrades and updates
- OSS User Management
- Execute and strictly follow Security policies OSS User Management from Customer
- OSS Performance and capabilities monitoring, Configuration of Netact OSS
- Interpretation and management of Networks Element Management team project deliveries with full end to end responsibility for implementation, evaluation and improvement plans.
- Working against agreed KPIs.
- Maintain an advanced level of knowledge on defined Networks Element Management systems and associated business processes to ensure the best customer solution
- Effective people management skills and ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Change, Incident and Problem Management awareness.
- Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills.
- Support to Provides NOC daily, weekly and monthly reports for Management and Customer teams
- Responsible for 2nd level support on all escalated incidents by analyzing faults, troubleshooting, researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues and responsible for initiating and managing escalation to vendor L3 support.
- Review cases for technical complexity and make recommendations to team members with regards escalation according to MS best practices and in accordance to agreed SLA.
- Nokia Netact ( EMS ), NSP NFM-P ( EMS for EPC & IP) , ARC ( Backup & Restore), NCOM 21, SON Edenet.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree/Software/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 5 years’ strong on hands Experience with NetAct, NOC management including Fault, Performance, Configuration, Change Management and OSS administration.

2.Radio SME
Roles & responsibilities
- Responsible for Administration, Configuration, testing and operation of Nokia Air Scale BSC, RNC, Megamon/Megaplexer and SRAN
- Coordination of implementation and installing of new nodes provide support by problem solving
- Responsible for any SW upgrades / Updates
- Responsible for analysis of traces for complaints and problem troubleshooting
- Responsible for acceptance testing of new nodes
- Communication and cooperation with Nokia Care team for on going issues
- Responsible for collection of traces and logs as per support request
- Communication and cooperation with 3rd parties/ vendors
- Participate in solving and eliminating of ops issues (incl. Ticket sending)
- Monitoring/tracking performance of systems (KPI), dimensioning, and capacity
- Responsible for preparation and administration of the technical documentation
- Participation in the projects for any changes in live network
- Generating Performance report of RAN Nodes.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree/Software/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 5-10 years’ and above experience in area of RAN SLM Function
- Expertise on Nokia equipment
- Good script writing skills.

3. VAS Core Subject Matter Expert
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain market-leading Value-Added Services platforms to ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Real-time monitoring, analysis and reporting of Service and Network quality.
- Service and Network improvements, optimization activities and network reconfigurations.
- Liaising with customer relations management.
- Responsible for handling all customer complaints regarding digital services within the defined SLA.
- Analyze and monitor service platforms performance by daily, weekly and monthly KPI checkpoints.
- Integrate new products and services on this solution and ensure high-quality end to end services are delivered to customers.
- Continue to expand the capacity of the system to keep up with rapid growth.
- Work closely with the VAS vendors and stakeholders to ensure fixes and releases are delivered in a low impact manner.
- Report regularly on system and service performance against key quality and availability targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Operations and Product Marketing teams to deliver change in a coordinated way, aligned with business objectives.
- Continue to develop technical and professional expertise through formal learning and experience on the diverse components of the overall solution.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree/Software/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 5-10 years’ and above experience in VAS domain, To part of the support for VAS (Value Added Services) platform as LBS, VMS, SMSC, MMSC and SMSGW for different type of Mobile network operators.
- Knowledge of analyzing on vas protocols as SUPL (secure User plane location), Diameter, Sigtran (CAP2 and CAP3) ATI(Any time Interrogation), SRI-SM (Send Routing Info for Short Message), SMPP (Short Message Peer to Peer) SIP and HTTP
- Responsible for the activities of design, analysis, integration, implementation and testing of platforms and systems that provide value-added services.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stake holders (Customer) Supporting and analyzing all the requirements for-m the customer to give the best solution and the action plan.
- Good knowledge of 2G / 3G / 4G mobile networks.
- Linux OS knowledge, UNIX script, Oracle is a plus.

- Preparing and adapting of service catalogue, templates and application models
- Responsible for review of technical studies and design proposals for CS VNFs
- Communication and cooperation with 3rd parties/ vendors
- Participate on solving and eliminating of ops issues (incl. Ticket sending)
- Monitoring/tracking performance of systems (KPI), dimensioning, and capacity planning regarding future needs proposals for cost efficiency in terms of operation improvements.
- Responsible for preparation and administration of the technical documentation
- Participation in the projects for any changes in live network
- Performance report of CS VNFs (Nokia MSS, MGW, DDE, NetNum STP, NN SIGFW, NN DIAFW, Nokia CSD-DRA, DEA, Diameter FW 21.8)
