Experience:
- At least 1˗ 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry.

2.Assistant Technician
Job Requirement:
- 10+1 & above installation construction works.
Experience:
- 1/2 years’ experience above in Aluminum Company.
Job Position:
3. Store Man
Job Requirement:
- Degree/ 10+3 in material management or Accounting & related fields.
Experience:
- 2/0 years.
Job Position:
4.General Service Officer
Job Requirement:
- BA degree/Diploma/in Management, Auto & related fields.
Experience:
- 2/4 years’ Relevant Work experience. Fleet management in the manufacturing Company advantageous
Job Position:
5.Plant Manager
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Plan, organize, direct, co-ordinate and control the activities of the Factory
- Provide management excellence & cohesion by promoting the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensures that the manufacturing plant & machinery will be safe, clean, and operating efficiently at all times
- Ensures smooth production flow with required manpower, inputs and accessories being always availed.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives & delivers best practice results.
- Manage plant planning functions in accordance with customer requirements& maximizing plant efficiency.
- Ensuring relevant maintenance parts are sourced and reported in timely to minimize disruption
- Maintain efficient Inventory levels to meet daily productions needs and cost requirements
- Set Factory level targets, ensures that these are shared & agreed, monitor achievement, update targets as needed.
- Employ efficient resource management system and monitors implementations of it.
- Ensure compliance, that products are manufactured; services are delivered, according to standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the factory
- Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and third parties in the plant area with the extent of its delegated authority.
- Develop, implement & use performance management system
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually report
Job Requirement:
- BSc/Diploma in Food processing/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related Fields.
Experience:
- 9/7 years of relevant experience of which 2-3years at supervisory level
- Additional training in areas of performance/manufacturing /food safety/ quality management systems.
