1. Branch Manager I
Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting/Banking/ Management/ related fields
Experience: 6 years of banking experience of which four years in supervisory positions
Competency:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management;
- Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank;
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer application skills

2. Manager, Credit Information and Follow-up Division
Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related fields
Experience: 7 years of relevant banking experience, 2 of which at senior positions
Competency:
- Good knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management;
- Good knowledge of credit policies and procedures of the Bank;
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer application skills.

3. Senior Credit Information & Follow-Up Officer
Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related fields
Experience: 3/4 years of relevant Banking experience
Competency:
- Extensive knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management;
- Thorough knowledge of credit policies and procedures of the Bank;
- Very good knowledge of project/business appraisal techniques;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer application skill

4. Property Valuation Officer (Engineer I)
Education: First Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture/ Construction Management
Experience: 2 years of relevant engineering experience
Competency:
- Knowledge of national building codes engineering practices and procedures;
- Knowledge of the Banks relevant loan policies and procedures;
- Knowledge of asset valuation techniques;
- Skill in the use of relevant computer applications

Education: College Diploma in Accounting plus COC
Experience: 2 years of related experience
Competency:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices;

- Basic computer application skills
