1. Director, E – Banking Services

Job Purpose: To support the Bank’s operational excellence and customer -centered growth objectives by leading the Bank’s strategy to acquire, develop and retain customers, deliver e —banking services to the required standards, effectively handle e-banking related disputes including monitoring fraud and ensure that customer accounts are well managed.

MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Management, Banking, Business Administration or related field with eight (8) years of relevant work experience; of which three years of experience should be at supervisory level Specialist experience in E- Banking. Full Professional Marketing qualifications would be desirable Relevant E-banking certifications would be desirable

2. Manager IT. Auditor

Job Purpose: To ensure that the overall IT environment of the bank is in line with the Bank’s IS policies and procedures and applicable laws, regulations and standards and thus Provide reasonable assurance of the adequacy of the IT controls to the management and the Board of the bank,

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics with six (6)/eight (8) years of relevant work experience; of which two years of experience should be at supervisory level

3. Branch Manager

Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Master’s /Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance with six (6)/eight(8) years of relevant work experience; of which two years of experience should be at supervisory level
