Mothers and Children Multisectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) is an Ethiopian resident charity organization registered in accordance with the charities and societies proclamation No 621/2009 with a certificate No 0022. MCMDO currently is being implementing more than 22 projects and development activities in many parts of the country.

- Diploma/ level IV /BA from Technical College in Metal / Wood Work or any other related fields with five years of related work experience for Diploma/Level IV holders and three years’ experience for BA holders.
- Has Coc Accreditation certificate
- Creativity and innovation: Develops new insights in to work situations,
