JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Build and form a strong sales team and structure
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the overall activites of sales; develops operational strategies, action plans, policies, and procedures; also reviews and submits periodic report to the CEO

JOB REQUIREMENT

• BA degree or above in Marketing Management or related fields
• At least 3 years experience as a marketing/sales manager; preferably in an import export company
• Energetic, passionate and proven leadership experience
• Goal oriented, disciplined, excellent office skills and interpersonal skills
