Job Title

Manager,Strategic Planning ,Monitoring and Evaluation Division

Job Description

• Perform in the preparation of strategic plan and functional level Strategy of  the bank
• Consolidates and prepare annual plan and budget of the bank
• Prepare and consolidate periodic monthly, Quarterly and annually performance reports
• Implement corporate and department performance measurement and revisit as necessary
• Conducts studies to assess the Bank’s Strategic performance and advise department regarding of studies
• Preforms planning, Monitoring and evaluation report of the Bank in orderly and timely manner, to the required quality, In line with plans and corporate requirements;
• Reviews proposal for major capital expenditures to ensure conformity with plans and determines economic justification of proposals;
• Prepare and Consolidate action Plan of the Bank;
• Periodically summarizes the Bank performance inn Compassion with banking industry in general and competing banks/peers groups I particular;
• Conduct macro studies on global and domestic economy and its impact on the financial service in general and banking industry in Particular
• Follow Up the growth trajectory and profitability of the Bank;
• Participates in review existing planning tools, quality and standards, practice and ,Methodologies and recommend improvements to enhancing the performance and effectiveness of the planning system of the Bank;
• Gather and maintain statistical data on the banking industry;
• Consolidates and prepare annual performance report of the Bank;
• Conduct branch performance evaluation study when necessary; and
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement 

Education & Experience፡BA/MA in Business administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management any other related fields with 8.5/6.5 years’s work experience of which 2 years in relevant senior officer position in banking industry.
