Job Title: Manager, Resource Mobilization Division

BASIC FUNCTIONS
Under direct supervision of of Director, Marketing & Resource Mobilization
Department, the manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating,
executing and monitoring the overall Sales and Marketing (Resource Mobilization)
activities of the bank is services and products with a prior focus on corporate
accounts.
The manager is expected to devise a strategy on how to generate lead, qualify, profile, approach and ultimately hit sales targets. S/he is also responsible for product development, Market Intelligence and
Service Quality Assurance related matters of the bank.
Education (Minimum): BA in Marketing /Management/ Economics /Banking and
Finance or related field
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience; 2 of which in supervisory positions
Number Required: 1 (One)
Place of work: Addis Ababa
