Job Description:
Addis International Bank S.C (AdIB) currently wants to hire qualified & competent persons and would like to invite interested applicants for the following posts:
1. Manager Resource Mobilization Division
Education: First Degree in Management/Marketing/ Economical related fields
Experience: 8 years of relevant banking experience; 2 of which in senior positions
Competency:
- Extensive knowledge of banking operation and the industry market situations;
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and practices;
- Very good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods;
- Commendable communication, interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Proven capacity to establish and maintain excellent relationship;

2. Branch Manager I
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Banking/ Management or related field
Experience: 6 years of banking experience at branch level; tour of which in supervisory positions
Competency:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law, financial management, financial policies and regulations of Banks
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer application skills
