Job Description:
1. Manager, Planning & Performance Management Division
Basic Functions: Under the general direction of Director — Business Development & Planning plans, coordinates, directs and controls the activities of Planning and Performance Management Division. Coordinates the preparation of the annual and strategic plan of the bank, collects and analyzes information of factors and contexts that critically influence the attainment of the bank’s plan and budget, measures the magnitude of the deviation of the actual performance from the plan and budget, and present periodic reports to the management.
Education (Minimum): MA/BA in Economics/ Management/ Banking and Finance or related field
Experience: 6/8 years of relevant experience; 3 of which in senior position

2. International Banking Officer (Re advertised)
Basic Functions:: Under general supervision of Manager of assigned Division, handles foreign banking transactions; attends the Department’s customers coming to open L/Cs, IBCs, remittances and other forex services; receives IBC and L/C documents from currier companies and distributes to concerned Officers; validates transactions and responds to enquires of customers and branches.
Education (Minimum): BA in Accounting/ Management/ Economics/ Related fields
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
