Education:BA/MA Degree in Management /Accounting & Finance /Marketing/Economics Business administration or related fields of study
Experience:10/8 Years relevant experience out of which 3 years at supervisory position on financial institution (Banking industry is more preferable )
- Extensive knowledge Of Credit appraisal ,portfolio management and follow up
- Through knowledge of Current trends and developments microfinance and financial industry
- Excellent knowledge management concepts and principles
- Comprehensive Knowledge Company policies and NBE & FIC directive and regulation s
- Good knowledge and ability in team building and leadership
- Good Communication and human relations
- Basic Computer application skills
