Experience:10/8 Years relevant experience out of which 3 years at supervisory position on financial institution (Banking industry is more preferable )

• Extensive knowledge Of Credit appraisal ,portfolio management and follow up
• Through knowledge of Current trends and developments  microfinance and financial industry
• Excellent knowledge management concepts and principles
• Comprehensive Knowledge Company policies and NBE & FIC directive and regulation s
• Good knowledge and ability in team building and leadership
• Good Communication and human relations
• Basic Computer application skills
