Job Requirement

Education:BSC/MA/MSC Degree in Computer Science ,Software Engineering ,Computer Engineering or Related field of study.

Experience:7/5 Years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in supervisory or senior positions.

Job Summary

The manager ,Network Operations Center(NOC) responsible for managing  all aspects of network operations Center, Coordinating and supervising NOC Team.S/he oversees NOC operations for infrastructure and application including status ,incident  monitoring ,alerting and escalations and  documentation .Ensure EthSwitch  system System runs efficiently with out interruption ,providing first-level incident Management with the main focus  on service availability, deals with users ,customers and the whole technical team.S/he requires to be familiar  with ITIL General Management practices ,Service Management practices and compliance PCI-DSS desired. Previous experience as NOC Manager is advantageous .Competence in Emotional intelligence and certification is an advantage
