1. Manager, Dessie Relationship Office
Requirement: 2nd Degree or 1st Degree in Management /Accounting /Business Administration/ Economics or related fields with 7years relevant banking experience for 2nd Degree holder out of which 3years in managerial position or 9years relevant banking experience for 1st Degree holder out of which 3years on managerial position.

2. Branch Manager II
Requirement: 1st Degree in Management /Accounting /Business Administration/ Economics or related fields with 6 years relevant banking experience out of which 2 years on managerial position
Place of work: Megella Branch (Dire Dawa City Administration, Dire Dawa Town)
3. Branch Manager I
Requirement: 1st Degree in Management /Accounting /Business Administration/ Economics or related fields with 5 years relevant banking experience. Having managerial experience is advantageous.
Place of work: Sabian Branch (Dire Dawa City Administration, Dire Dawa Town) and Gode Branch (Somali Region, Gode Town
