1. Manager – Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Delivery

Job Purpose: on has overall responsibility and accountability for managing the design, development. Implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance of the bank’s data warehouse environments, data marts, and business intelligence systems and services. The incumbent work closely with customers, colleagues and executive stakeholders to identify Influence and maximize opportunities to utilize data warehouses and business intelligence (BI) systems to improve business processes, promote the use of data and enable the workforce decision makers. He or she will work to ensure that business needs, technical solutions, governance, best practices and adoption of business intelligence solutions ore in alignment.

Qualification Required & Experience:  Bachelor’s/Masters degree In Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science or related field, with eight (8)/ Six(6) years of experience of which (3/2) years should be at supervisory/Principal position.

2. Senior Application Analyst & Developer

Job Purpose: The senior application analyst/developer has overall responsibility and accountability for the design, development, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance of the bank’s data warehouse environments, data marts, and business intelligence systems and services. The incumbent will work closely with customers, colleagues and executive stakeholders to identify influence and maximize opportunities to utilize data warehouses and business intelligence (BI) systems to improve business processes, promote the strategic use of data and enable the workforce decision makers. He or she will work to ensure that business needs, technical solutions, best practices and adoption of business intelligence solutions ore in alignment.

Qualification Required & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science or related field, with four (4) years of experience.

3. Branch Manager

Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Qualification Required & Experience:  Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance with four(4)/ six(6) years of relevant banking work experience; of which one year of experience should beat supervisory level.
