Job purpose: To set the direction for the bank and serve as a centre of excellence for research

Qualification Required & Experience: Master’s/Bachelors Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field with six(6)/eight(8) years at relevant work experience; of which two years of experience should be at supervisory level. Specialist experience in strategic planning and operational excellence would be desirable

Job purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Banks products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
