Job title: Loon Workout Officer

Job Purpose: To reduce the Bank’s problem loans and ensure amicable settlement of loans by developing workout strategy for resolution of problem loans, conducting negotiation with customers on the strategies, implementing endorsed workout resolution strategies, proposing write-off of hopeless loans and advances.

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Management, Accounting and Economics and related fields with three (3) years of relevant work experience Awareness of major economic trends in the market as well as understanding of the Banking sector and factors affecting loan performance is required.
