In addition, major global private business jet operators and VIP charters form a significant part of our customer portfolio. We operate out of Bole International Airport in a state of the art catering facility with easy access to the Airport as well as the City. The company is in the process of starting up a New Business Unit providing food catering and related services to the local market. Junior Microbiologist/Microbiologist

Job Summary:

Performs microbiological analysis of food, water, ice and swab samples as per the company control schedule and procedures. Uses a wide-range of analytical and scientific techniques in monitoring and studying microorganisms. Explains in detail on how to prevent food-borne illnesses and reinforces food safety in the organization.

Qualification: Education

• Diploma /B.Sc. in Biology , food science or related field

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year for Junior Microbiologist and or 3 years relevant experience for Microbiologist. Both working in the food microbiological laboratory. –

Skills:

• Willing to work in different shifts and extended work hours
• Knowledgeable in ISO 17025 :205 laboratory system training
• With strong interpersonal skills and highly dependable
• Proficient in the English language (both in oral and written communication )
