1. Position: IT Service Management Officer I

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field plus a Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in IT service management

Job Summary: The jobholder provides support in the implementation and operation of the IT Service Management (SM) program, including the implementation of the SM-ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process and procedure development, deployment, and measurement. S/he supports integration of all service management practices in the delivery of IT services to departments and branches with the primary objective of delivering reliable, repeatable IT Service at the right service levels. This job may require shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.

2. Position: Associate IT Operation Officer

Qualification: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines with zero (0) year of experience.

Job Summary: The jobholder is primarily responsible for processing and monitoring of close of business periodic operations (End-of-Day, End-of- Month, and End-of-Year) according to the Bank’s procedure. The job holder is responsible for the delivery of technical support services to the end users (onsite & remote) and handles service desk operations. This job requires shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.

3. Position: Associate Network Administrator

Qualification: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines with zero (0) year of experience.

Job Summary: The job holder is primarily responsible for monitoring and administering network devices such as Switches, Routers, network servers, workstations, Access Points and other network management. S/he also will be engaged in diagnosing dab routine network issues and assists end users for any system/network related connectivity problems including but not limited to telecom networks.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
