1. Job Title: Human Resource Management Officer (Level III)

Job Summary: The purpose of this -job is to perform duties related to recruitment, placement, reward and benefit management; perform leave management, activities related to performance management; maintenance of personnel records and files; perform activities related to employee contract termination and duties related to employee relation issues.
Educational Qualification Required: BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or in related fields.
Minimum work Experience: 2 years relevant experience

  • Computer application skill
  • Peoples management skill
  • Industry specific skills (products and services)
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Data analysis and presentation skill
  • Communication Skill
  • Report writing skill
  • Knowledge of modem FIRM principles, practices and techniques

2. Job title: Procurement Officer (Level II)

Job Summary: The purpose of this job is to assist the procurement team in the preparation of procurement related documents, follow- up of purchases and undertakes local purchases, which are relatively small and less complex in nature.
Educational Qualification Required: BA in Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supplies Management or related fields.
Minimum work Experience: 1 year relevant experience

  • Emotional Intelligence, data analysis and presentation skill
  • Communication Skill
  • Report writing skill
  • Purchase planning, strategy and purchase process skill etc.
