1. Human Capital Officer I (Head Office)

Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Human Resource Management
Work Experience: 2 years as Associate Human Capital Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry after holding BA OR 2 years as Human Capital Officer I or equivalent after holding BA

2. Branch Manager, Grade D Branch (Dabat, Menaheria Jimma, Dima*, Amba Giorgis, Jihur, Durbete, Mer’awi, Harbu and Bati Branches)

Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent OR 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry

3. Assistant Manager, Customer Service and Operation – Grade D Branch (Dima, Amba Giorgis, Durbete, Mer’awi, Harbu, Bati, Enewari and Negelle** Branches)

Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Customer Service Officer II or Accountant I or equivalent OR 5 years relevant experience in the banking industry

*Dima Branch Is located in Gambella National Regional State.
**Negelle Branch Is located in Negelle Borena town.
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
