Job Description:
1. HR Officer – Administration
Job purpose: To support the Bank to achieve Its business objectives through effectively managing its human resources by analyzing, designing, and evaluating jobs; planning for and availing the required talent at the right time and place; following up maintenance of high standard of conducts and discipline; facilitating organizational communication platforms; and administering swift separation of employees.
Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience. Understanding of the Banking Industry and factors affecting HR Administration
