Job Description:
1. HR Officer- Administration
Job purpose: To ensure that all employees of the Bank are equipped with the required knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their roles through by designing and implementing appropriate training and development programs; undertaking impact assessments of training and development programs; Advising employees regarding career progression opportunity and facilitate execution of the scheme; and implement result oriented performance management system
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with three (3) yeas of relevant work experience

2. Associate Jr. Facilities Maintenance & Follow up Officer
Job purpose: To support the Bank’s operations through timely & properly handling electrical installation as well as undertaking preventive and breakdown maintenance of office equipments and power generator.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields with two (2) years’ of relevant work experience.

3. Utilities Attendant
Job purpose: To dally follow-up, and monitor the functionality of the head office building’s various utilities including the generators, water pumps, waste management systems, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure proper functioning of the Bank’s operation.
Qualification & Experience: Diploma or Level Ill in electricity or general mechanic or any other related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience.
