Experience፡Minimum 4 years experience on HR with adequate exposure on contemporary talent program and system design and implementation

• Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Finance Industries will be advantageous.

3.Job Title፡Manager, Talent Strategy and Program/Manager, Center of Excellence

Education፡MA/BA Degree in HRM, Business Administration or related business disciplines

Experience፡Minimum  8 years’ experience of which 2 years on Supervisory Position.

• Adequate exposure on contemporary talent programs and system design and implementation is required and experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Finance industry will be advantageous
