For its Headquarter in Bahir Dar, Amhara, Fosera PLC is looking for:

Job Title:                               HR and Administration Officer
Place of Work:                      Bahir Dar, Amhara Region
Required Candidate:           One

Responsibilities include:
Human Resource:
· Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
· Creating and revising job descriptions
· Conducting salary surveys
· Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
· Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures
· Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
· Conducting new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs
· Maintaining department records and reports
· Participating in administrative staff meetings
· Answering employee questions
· Tracking of attendance, vacation and sick-time
· Ensuring Employee’s adherence to company policies
· Maintaining current HR files and databases
· Preparing termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews
· Overseeing employee health and safety procedures
· Ensuring legal compliance for Human Resource federal and regional requirements
· Represent employer in community and recruitment events
· Other duties as required by management
· Coaching Employees in their soft-skill development

Admin:
· Managing office supplies stock
· Maintain and update company databases (e.g. contacts)
· Organize in-house and external events
· Arrange Travel, accommodations, Visas, etc.

Competences
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
· Strong interpersonal and service skills
· Problem-solving personality
· Strong organization and time management skills, multitasking able
· Ability to perform efficiently in a multicultural work environment
· Ability to work under time pressure
· Proactive interest in improving quality of work
· Self-driven motivation to create knowledge and innovations

Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience as an Administrative- or HR-officer, or similar role
· Solid knowledge of office procedures
· Experience with Microsoft Office products (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Amharic)
· Attention to Detail
