Maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conference and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. Interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.
Timely Organize and distribute all administrative documents in Conference & Events (C&E) sales, including. FS, alteration, weekly schedules, monthly schedules, GEM, flowers etc.
Carry out periodic hotel tours
Manage discussions on events and group reservations.
Drawing up offers and contracts and general correspondence with guests
Adherence to the deposit guidelines
Smooth coordination of room bookings by intensive communication with group reservations and individual reservations
Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests attending events
Providing support for events and closely attend whether promises are met
Carrying out exit interviews and drawing up a corresponding report
Control of invoices for completeness and payment on time; adherence to all the sales guidelines and time periods for the C & E area,
Daily checks on follow up and decision date listen
Drawing up and distribution of all the necessary reports
Do Quality Checks on existing bookings
Operate an efficient filing system
BA degree in Business Management, Hotel Operation or other Business related fields.
Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
Demonstrated 3 years and above previous experience working in Group Reservation, Conference & Events or related functions
Very Good Organizational and administration skills
Excellent Communication skill and active personality
