• Your job entails welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Schedule meetings
• Has a good knowledge of designing fliers, brochures, banners…etc.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of one of this software’s is mandatory (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Knowledge of social media channels
• Professional & Organized

NB:Graphic Design Skill is Mandatory
